What we need from you:
- The product names or SKUs you are interested in.
- The desired quantities for each item.
- Your company details and your final shipping destination (port or full address).

This initial information allows us to prepare a detailed and accurate quotation for you.

Within 2-3 business days, our dedicated account manager will send you a comprehensive Proforma Invoice. This is more than just a price list; it's the blueprint for your order.

Your Proforma Invoice will include:
- A detailed breakdown of product costs.
- Estimated production lead times.
- Our payment terms and banking details.

Tailored shipping options (FOB, LCL, FCL) and estimated logistics costs.

This is the perfect time to discuss any customizations, packaging requirements, or questions you may have with your account manager.

Once you have reviewed and approved the Proforma Invoice, your order is ready to be confirmed. To officially begin the production process, we require a 50% deposit of the total order value.

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will provide you with an official Order Confirmation and a projected completion date.

Our artisan partners will begin handcrafting your order. Throughout the production period (typically 6-10 weeks, depending on the order), we conduct regular quality control checks to ensure every item meets our exacting standards.

Once production is complete and your order has passed our final quality inspection, we will notify you and send photos of the finished goods. At this stage, the remaining 50% balance is due before the shipment is released.

After receiving the final payment, our logistics team takes over. We manage all aspects of the export process, including:

- Professional, export-grade packaging to protect your items.
- Coordination with our trusted freight forwarding partners.
- Handling all necessary export documentation from Indonesia.

We will provide you with all tracking information and shipping documents (like the Bill of Lading) so you can monitor your shipment's journey to your port.
